- Fill out the appropriate forms :

- Identify the sectors you wish to protect so we can include them in our confidential database (our Mapping department will go over the format of the information received with you).
- Indicate how you wish us to notify you of locate requests (via email, modem, FTP, fax).
- Indicate what type of work you do not wish us be informed of (e.g.: fences, pools, landscaping, etc.).
- Indicate which employee(s) will be responsible for receiving locate requests.
- Indicate the protocol for emergency locate requests (e.g.: broken water pipe, gas leak, etc.).
- Indicate your membership start date.
- Tell your clients that you joined Info-Excavation.
